A1: Our products are fully compliant with international standards. We hold ISO 22716 (GMP) and MSDS for all skincare items. For the EU, we have valid CPNP registrations and provide CoA for every batch. For the US market, our ingredients are FDA-compliant. We're happy to share digital copies for your review

Q2: What is the sample cost and delivery time?

A2: We recommend testing samples first. We provide 2-3 sets for you test, with a lead time of 3-5 days(will update base on delivery country). The sample fee can be deducted from your first bulk order

Q3: What shipping options are available for the goods?

A3: We offer Air Express (DHL/FedEx, 5-7 days) and Sea/Train Freight (DDP, 30-45 days, tax included). DDP is highly recommended for our US and EU clients to ensure a hassle-free customs process

Q4: Will my goods get damaged during transportation?

A4: We prioritize product safety with Enhanced Packaging Protection: 5-layer hardened outer cartons, corner protectors, and bubble wrap for inner boxes. We ensure export-standard packaging to withstand long-distance transit

Q5: I have my own logo. How do I start the customization process? Do you provide packaging design services?

A5: We will recommend suitable customized packaging based on your order quantity. After order confirmation, please send us your logo. Our professional designers provide basic design services free of charge.

Q6: What is your customization capability?

A6: We can finish samples within 10 days if you provide 3D packaging drawings. Trade Assurance orders are accepted.

Q1: What is the working principle of the acne patches?

A1: When it comes into contact with exudate from pimples, the hydrocolloid absorbs the fluid and swells into a white gel. It also locks in moisture to create an optimal healing environment for the affected area.

Overnight Intensive Type: Slightly thicker with stronger absorption for nighttime repair.
Mixed Sizes: Combo packs with different sizes (e.g. 12mm + 10mm) to fit pimples of various sizes.
Infused Type: Added with active ingredients such as salicylic acid, tea tree oil and niacinamide for extra skincare benefits.

Q3: What is the difference between using acne patches and squeezing pimples manually?

A3: Squeezing pimples may damage the dermis, worsen inflammation and cause scarring. Acne patches work via physical absorption in a non-invasive way, which is safer and more effective.

Q4: What is your MOQ and production lead time for pimple patch?

A4: The MOQ for standard in-stock items is generally 500 units, subject to actual inventory. The OEM MOQ is 10,000 pieces. The sampling cost for custom colors is around $ 2,300 per design, depending on the artwork, with a sampling lead time of about 25 days.
The regular production cycle is 30 to 45 days.

Q5: I'm interested in your acne patches. Can you do customized packaging with my own labels?

A7: Yes, they are.

A1: No. Made of hydrogel, the mask adheres firmly to your face 5 minutes after application, with no essence dripping off.

Q2: Can the fully dried bio collagen mask be peeled off easily as a whole sheet?

A2: Yes. Once it turns transparent, it can be peeled off effortlessly without stinging the skin. We can send you usage videos for your reference if needed.

Q3: Does the bio collagen mask contain PDRN, niacinamide or snail essence?

A3: Yes. Masks with different ingredients come in different colors. For example, masks with PDRN are pink. We can also customize colors based on your preferred ingredients.

Q4: What is the sampling lead time for customized aluminum foil bags?

A4: It generally takes 12 to 15 days.

Q5: What styles are available for the bio collagen face mask?

A5: You can choose from different thicknesses and textures. For thickness: the 24g version turns transparent in 1-2 hours, and the 34g one turns transparent in 3-4 hours.
