Technology
The process of making gold foil usually goes through twelve procedures. They are: gold ratio, gold bars, patting leaves, doing Nianzi, falling gold Kaizi, dipping gold Nianzi, playing gold Kaizi, installing Kaizi, Kang pit, playing fine, issuing, cutting gold foil.
Gold ratio: Take out raw gold from the vault, make the ratio according to the special requirements of product varieties, and add the quantitative proportion of silver and copper elements to make it meet the required gold content.
Gold bar: the ratio of good gold into the crucible through high temperature melting into gold water, so that the added trace silver, copper elements evenly into the slag precipitation, the gold water into the measurement of iron trough cooling, so that it becomes gold bars.

Patting: Cutting paper-thin gold leaves from thick gold bars that are manually beaten into thin gold strips.

Making Nianzi: Gold leaves are cut into small 1cm square gold leaves with bamboo knives. This size of gold leaves is called gold Nianzi.

Fall gold Kaizi: 10 cm square Wujin paper into the thermostat for heating, for the next process after loading the gold nianzi can make the gold rapid extension.
